Our Production Team

Our production team comprises a network of fishermen and fisherwomen spread all along the shoreline of Lake Tanganyika. In addition to our valued fishermen and fisherwomen laboring every day to source our raw material, the company also rely on a team of well experienced production workers working in the state of the art facility gutting, cleaning and conditioning our fish products.
